Guardian is back with its Wellness Fiesta from 16 to 19 July 2026, taking over Halls 401 and 402 at Suntec Singapore Convention Centre. The free-entry fair brings together more than 100 health, beauty and wellness brands under one roof, with deals starting from $1.50, Buy 1 Get 2 offers, and a daily lucky draw worth up to $25,000. The first day opens at 3pm on 16 July, then runs 10am to 10pm from 17 to 19 July.

This is the second edition of the fiesta, which evolved from last year's Health & Beauty Fiesta. Guardian has sharpened the wellness focus for 2026, adding the launch of its all-new Mannings Guardian range and the Women's Midlife Wellness Initiative, a curated programme addressing perimenopause and menopause with educational resources and targeted products.

What the $2 deals and goodie trolleys actually get you

The headline offers are aggressive. Deals start from $1.50, and the Buy 1 Get 2 mechanic runs across a wide swathe of skincare, supplements and personal care. Spend $30 to enter the daily lucky draw, which carries prizes worth up to $25,000 across the four days. Spend $150 and you unlock the Mannings Guardian Joguman 3-piece set (worth $30.80), which bundles a tote bag, foldable bag and foldable umbrella.

Early birds get the best of it. Guardian is giving away exclusive goodie bags each day, and the brand has teased $200 goodie trolleys loaded with full-size products for a limited number of visitors. The exact daily allocation is not published, so arriving close to opening time on the 17th, 18th or 19th is the safest bet if the trolley is your target.

Free wellness assessments and fitness classes

Beyond the shopping, the fiesta functions as a pop-up wellness clinic. Accredited experts run free skin and scalp assessments on site, giving visitors a personalised starting point for what to pick up at the event. Guardian's Wellness Squad, led by trainers Brandon and Dawn, runs free fitness-themed sessions including a silent disco, while Freedom Yoga conducts free yoga classes. Visitors are asked to bring their own mats, water and towels.

The free assessments are the part most shoppers skip and shouldn't. A 10-minute skin or scalp scan can flag issues you would otherwise spend months guessing at, and the recommendations are tied to products you can buy on the spot at fiesta pricing. It is a genuinely useful add-on rather than a marketing gimmick.

Getting there and when to go

Suntec Convention Centre Halls 401-402 sit on Level 4. The nearest MRT is Promenade (CC4/DT15), a five-minute sheltered walk. Esplanade (CC3) is also close. Suntec City basement parking has 3,100 lots, but the mall gets busy on weekends, so arrive before noon on Saturday and Sunday if you want a bay close to the convention centre lifts.

Thursday 16 July opens at 3pm, which makes it the quietest slot for working adults who can slip out early. Friday and the weekend run the full 10am to 10pm window. Expect the biggest crowds between 2pm and 6pm on Saturday and Sunday, particularly around the lucky draw redemption counters.
