CellarFiesta 2026 Returns To Suntec: 1,000+ Labels And Free Entry For Singapore's Biggest Drinks Tasting
CellarFiesta marks its fifth edition from 17 to 19 July 2026, transforming Hall 404 at Suntec Singapore Convention Centre into Singapore's largest free-entry alcohol tasting. Organised by local retailer Cellarbration, the festival brings together more than 500 brands and over 1,000 different labels across whisky, wine, sake, spirits and beer. Doors open at noon daily and close at 10pm, except Sunday which wraps at 9pm.
Admission is free, but there is a catch. You need to register as a Cellarbration member via the Cellar Rewards app and grab an Eventbrite ticket before you walk in. The event is strictly 18 and above, and anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult and cannot sample alcohol. Registration takes under two minutes, and the first 500 visitors each day receive a complimentary CellarFiesta whisky glass and goodie bag while stocks last.
What 1,000 labels actually looks like
The scale is the draw. Most consumer drinks events in Singapore cap out at a few hundred bottles. CellarFiesta stacks over 1,000 across every major category, from award-winning single malt whiskies and premium Bordeaux to craft gin, shochu and emerging low-ABV drinks. The 2026 edition also features event-exclusive product launches and new brands making their Singapore debut, which means you can taste bottles that are not yet on shelves anywhere else in the country.
Part trade show, part tasting festival and part shopping opportunity, the format works because you can sample before you commit. Brand ambassadors and industry representatives are on the floor across the three days, so you can ask about production methods, vintage differences and food pairings directly rather than reading a back label.
The first-500 daily perk and how to game it
The complimentary whisky glass and goodie bag is the one perk worth queuing for. Glassware at a tasting is not a gimmick; the right glass changes how whisky and wine present on the nose, and the freebie is a proper tasting glass rather than a branded tumbler. The first 500 visitors each day get it, which means arriving close to the noon opening on Friday, Saturday or Sunday is the play. Sunday closes at 9pm, so the crowd thins later in the afternoon if you are not chasing the glass.
One house rule to note: a $50 cleaning fee applies if a patron vomits within the venue. The organisers are serious about responsible drinking, and staff can refuse service or entry to anyone who is intoxicated or disruptive. Pace yourself, drink water between tastings, and treat the free sampling as a discovery exercise rather than a race.
Getting to Hall 404
Suntec Singapore Convention Centre is at 1 Raffles Boulevard. Hall 404 is on Level 4. The nearest MRT is Promenade (CC4/DT15), a five-minute sheltered walk via the Suntec City mall linkway. Esplanade (CC3) is also close. If you are driving, Suntec City basement parking has 3,100 lots, but Friday lunchtime and Saturday afternoons get busy. Public transport is the easier option for a drinks festival.
